Maple & Main Kitchen is chef Dani Morales’s answer to “where can we eat well without a reservation and a babysitter?” After years in hotel kitchens, Dani and partner Chris Park opened a counter-service spot focused on seasonal plates, kid-friendly sides, and a late-afternoon happy hour that actually welcomes strollers. The origin story starts with a supper club in their garage that outgrew the driveway. Neighbors funded the build-out with small loans and sweat equity. Dani still writes the weekly menu on Sunday nights; Chris still runs the line when tickets stack up.
