NOG Youth Arts Collective is a nonprofit founded by teaching artists Dee Morales and Samir Patel to give teens studio time, mentorship, and public walls for murals. Programs run after school and all summer. The origin story includes a first mural that took three tries and a neighborhood vote that chose the final design. Dee still runs open-studio Fridays; Samir still writes the grants that keep kiln and paint budgets alive.
