Shelter Pet Partners is a foster-and-adopt nonprofit founded by volunteers Keisha Brown and Dan Morales after a hard winter of overcrowded shelters. They run adoption weekends, foster training, and a small thrift corner that funds vet bills. The origin story is one foster dog that became a movement. Keisha still coordinates transports; Dan still writes the adoption bios that somehow always make people cry in a good way.
